New Orleans Functional Programming Club

If you are interested in Functional Programming (Clojure, Haskell, Scala, Erlang, or any other language), please join us!

What is it?

New Orleans Functional Club (NoFUN) is a meeting of functional minds. Come meet other functional programming enthusiasts, teach something you know, and learn something as well.

Our aim is to foster community and learning. The group hopes to be a great place to meet others with similar interests and a springboard for more projects.

NoFUN is dedicated to providing a safe, enjoyable, and harassment-free experience for everyone. We have a strong Code of Conduct to support our participants. Please read it and understand that all participants are bound by that code.

When and where is it?

Due to COVID-19, NoFUN is canceled until further notice. Please stay safe.

NoFUN is proudly incubated at New Orleans' Tuesday Hack Night on the first Tuesday of every month at The Ace Hotel, at 600 Carondelet St. The meeting starts at 7pm and goes till 9pm or whenever. We are located in the performance space in the lobby/lounge.
